How I work

A Collaborative Process Built Around Your Goals.

Every project is different, but my approach is consistent: understand the brief thoroughly, design with the audience in mind, and refine until the result is exactly right. Whether I’m working with researchers, educators, organisations or learning and development teams, the same principles apply — clarity, accuracy and collaboration throughout.

Discovery

Every project starts with a focused conversation to establish your goals, your audience, and what success looks like. This step ensures that design decisions are grounded in your objectives from the outset, not added as an afterthought.

Development

With a clear brief in place, I develop design concepts built on solid communication principles. You’ll receive work that is strategic and purposeful, not just visually appealing, but genuinely fit for its intended context and audience.

Refinement

I work iteratively, incorporating your feedback at each stage to ensure accuracy, clarity and impact. Complex projects involving subject matter expertise are refined through multiple rounds of review, ensuring the final result is both professionally produced and content-accurate.

What to expect working with me:

  • Clear communication at every stage.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and quality throughout production.
  • Accessible design as standard, not an add-on.
  • Outputs ready for publication, presentation or delivery.
